    U5-U7 Lil' Crushers Program

The U5-U7 Lil' Crushers Program is for our youngest players as an introduction to soccer. Everyone who wishes to participate will be eligible to tryout for the U7 team. This starts in the winter of 2023-24 for our 2017 birth year players.   The environment is one that provides a fun learning experience that also builds confidence and self-assurance on the playing field. Commitment is 1-2x per week and on a season to season basis with programs offered in the Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer.

During the sessions, players will receive instruction in a low-pressure and fun environment. Wednesdays the theme is mainly training and fundamentals but the Saturday programming is scrimmage based, 2v2 and 3v3 games (this is for the Fall and Spring seasons). During training, the focus is on the individual player in a small group environment. NJ Crush FC is a Girls Only program at this time.
